Yes, whenever possible. We only hire highly qualified & certified tradespeople, and utilize a thorough screening process for finding the most reliable and experienced local labourers for each project.
How long does the entire project take, from planning to completion?
As each custom home project is unique, the timeline for each new build can vary widely, but we generally allow for 1-3 months planning time, and a further 6-9 months building time.
